Individuals, families and companies are welcome to be display sponsors. Sponsors purchase an animated light display that best represents their holiday sentiment or product in a holiday context. To preserve the event’s holiday motif, lighted corporate logos cannot be included in the display design.

Blue Jacket contracts with a local display company for the design and manufacture of all displays, which is important for the integrity of the display’s functionality and longevity. In addition, sponsors pay an annual fee to cover event costs such as park usage, utilities, labor, maintenance and security. Because displays are one-of-a-kind, prices vary by size and scope, please call (260) 744-1900 to inquire about pricing.

As a display sponsor, you’re reaching 100,000+ families during the holiday season that reinforces awareness of your business. Prominent lighted signage next to your display and listing in the program given to all Fantasy of Lights visitors and on the Fantasy of Lights website promotes your business.

You’re also helping to raise funds that support a variety of programs for disadvantaged people looking for employment living in northeast Indiana. Such programs work to transform the lives of disadvantaged individuals through professional development, skill training, and job placement.

To discuss display sponsorship, please contact Tony Hudson at (260) 744-1900 or email- Your participation in Fantasy of Lights will help ensure that people who are disadvantaged thrive!

This year, businesses will be able to provide advertising in the event’s program that each vehicle receives. Each program will be uniquely numbered for prizes that are awarded weekly as well a full color opportunity to reach 20,000 vehicles.

Volunteers play an important role during Fantasy of Lights by working at the admission gate. Sponsors are encouraged to bring a group of employees, their families and/or customers and vendors to work one night during the event. This involves greeting visitors in their cars, collecting money, and if you choose, handing out promotional material or candy. Because volunteers are working outside, we provide lots of hot chocolate, coffee and snacks in a heated trailer!

Volunteer groups work every night of the event. The size of the group needed is determined by the week or weekend. Sunday through Thursday a group of 6 to 8 people is recommended; the hours are 6 pm to 9 pm. The busiest nights are Friday and Saturday when a group of 10 to 15 is needed to work from 6 pm until 10 pm. For convenience, groups may choose to work in 1.5 or 2 hour shifts.

For volunteer information please contact us at (260) 744-1900 or email-
